Planning for those years we traditionally think of when we think of retirement.  Caring for the needs of our elderly family members is key here, and families are never too young to start planning.

As I took personally took care of both my elderly parents, one afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease and the other with Cancer, I know how important planning for these events and times is...and what to be concerned about and how to go about it.

Inevitable as our passing is, it is common to find many that have not drafted the documents necessary for this time in our lives. We plan for those who survive us, to properly pass on assets to those we want to receive them, leaving nothing to chance.  And we plan for those who survive us, so that we might make their lives easier when it comes to taking care of our affairs, a time that can otherwise be filled with uncertainty and familial discord.

Marriage, Civil Unions, Domestic Partnerships, Child Custody, Parenting Time, Divorce, Collaborative Law - Divorce

When relationships between partners or spouses become strained and the union cannot be saved, divorce is the option of last resort. And with divorce comes tough decisions as to how families with children will handle their affairs and the continued raising of young children.  Custody concerns and the sharing of time with their children often leaves the respective parents at an impasse.

Where traditional divorce proceedings and mediation leave a family wanting for a new and fresh approach to help them resolve their differences, I offer Collaborative Law - Divorce.

Misdemeanor and Felony Offenses, Gun and Drug Charges, Drinking and Driving Charges, Assault and Battery

Finding oneself charged with a criminal or traffic offense is daunting, and leaves one with a great sense of uncertainty. Personal freedom is precious but no where as threatened as when facing a judge and prosecutor in court.

As well, having a driver's license, to drive one's vehicle to and from work or to transport children or to simply shop or run errands, is a privilege and not a right.  When your driving privileges are threatened, diminished, you need a guiding hand and access to smart decision-making and experience.

I have the experience to defend you in criminal and traffic court.
